RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our products 100%.  As all of our custom window treatments are made-
to-order,  we can not accept returns for refund.  In the rare event you should receive
your product and it is not made to your original specification, please contact us within 14
days of receipt so we can provide return instructions.  The situation will be rectified so
that your product is made to your original specification and returned to you promptly.

Please choose your fabrics and styles carefully and measure your windows twice.  This
will ensure a perfect fit.  If you are unsure of a fabric, please order a swatch.
